Meta Health Settles Claim with Former CEO

Meta Health (SGX:5DX) subsidiary MCE Health Technologies Holdings has resolved a legal dispute with its former group CEO Chua Kheng Choon, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The claim alleged wrongful termination and non-payment of an SG$1 million incentive bonus.

Under the settlement reached Sept. 6, MCE Health will pay Choon in three equal installments by Oct. 1, Nov. 1, and Dec. 1. If any payment is missed, the full amount will be due immediately.

The settlement will fully resolve the issues and both parties will cover their legal costs.
