CCCC Design & Consulting Group Secures Proposed Investment of Up to 200 Million Yuan
CCCC Design & Consulting Group (SHA:600720) said China Communications Construction (HKG:1800, SHA:601800) subsidiary CCCC Capital Holdings is planning to increase its holdings in the company within six months.
The proposed increase ranges between 100 million yuan and 200 million yuan, with shares of the design consulting services provider to be purchased for up to 10.50 yuan apiece, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
CCCC Design & Consulting Group shares were down 1% in recent trade on the Shanghai bourse.
