China Galaxy Securities (HKG:6881) completed the issuance of the seventh tranche of its 2024 short-term commercial paper offering worth 3 billion yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The commercial paper has a 1.90% interest rate and a term of 91 days. The proceeds will be used to supplement the working capital.
The company's stocks were less than 1% up at Thursday's close.
