Comtec Solar Systems Group (HKG:0712) said a winding-up petition against the company was withdrawn as per the sealed Hong Kong High Court orders received, according to a Sept. 12 filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The company said a strategic investor has agreed to acquire Comtec Solar Systems' outstanding debts owed to Putana, with the investor having made substantial partial payment of the debt.

The company is also discussing various debt repayment scenarios with the strategic investor, the filing added.
