Prospect Resources Raises AU$1.1 Million via Share Purchase Plan
Prospect Resources (ASX:PSC) raised approximately AU$1.1 million following the completion of its share purchase plan at an issue price of AU$0.10, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
About 11.2 million new shares will be issued on the same day as the filing and will rank equally with all other fully paid ordinary shares in circulation.
Funds raised from the share purchase plan and the company's prior AU$8 million placement will be used to advance activities at the Mumbezhi copper project in Zambia, as well as to explore other opportunities, the filing stated.
