Asiaphos (SGX:5WV), a phosphate producer, plans to change its auditor from Foo Kon Tan to PKF-CAP for the year ending Dec. 31, 2024, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
This change, driven by cost management and governance improvements, requires shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM.
Foo Kon Tan, which has audited the company since May 2020, will resign once regulatory approval is obtained. PKF-CAP's appointment will be confirmed post-approval.
