Air China (HKG:0753) raised 6.00 billion yuan via the issue of 854,700,854 shares at 7.02 yuan apiece to aviation enterprise state-owned Aviation Industry Corp. of China or AVIC.
Proceeds will be used for investing in the introduction of 17 aircraft projects and to supplement working capital, according to a filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Thursday.
