Q & M Dental Group (SGX:QC7) entered into a binding memorandum of understanding with Veritas Dental and Sebrina Binti Abdul Malik for the acquisition of Veritas' dental clinic business by the company or through one of its subsidiaries, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.
The company will acquire the business for a cash consideration of SG$800,000.
