EVE Energy Amends Battery Deal with American Battery Solutions
EVE Energy (SHE:300014) unit Hubei Yiwei Power amended its master purchase agreement with American Battery Solutions to transfer the deal to American Energy Storage Innovations.
Under the amendment, Yiwei Power is expected to deliver about 19.5 gigawatt-hours of square lithium iron phosphate batteries to American Energy Storage Innovations, which was spun off from American Battery Solutions last year.
The amendment took effect on Sept. 10, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the battery manufacturer rose 2% in recent trade.
