The Glimpse Group Gets Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice
The Glimpse Group (VRAR) said Monday it has received a Nasdaq notice for failing to meet the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing after the closing bid price for its shares was below $1.00 for the prior 30 consecutive business days.
The company said the notification has no immediate impact on its stock listing, and it has until March 3 to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
