Pacific Basin Shipping (HKG:2343) repurchased a further 3,100,000 on Monday on the market for HK$6.2 million, a filling with the Hong Kong Exchange said on the same day.
The repurchase was done at the minimum per-share price of HK$2.30 and the highest share price per share of HK$1.97. the company has so far already repurchased 63.4 million shares out of 526.4 million it was authorized to repurchase.
The company's shares were nearly 3% down
