Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments (SGX:5RA) subscription agreement with IFH Technology for the subscription of 3,143,773,000 shares in the company capital worth SG$6.3 million or sg$0.002 per share was terminated after the subscriber failed to pay the consideration following the further extended long-stop date, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.

The company had earlier entered into a subscription agreement with IFH on June 26.
