Sasol (SSL) said Monday it has named Muriel Dube chair of the company's board, effective last Friday.

Dube, who has been an independent non-executive director at Sasol since 2018, is also a non-executive director at the UK Infrastructure Bank.

The company also named Martina Floel as lead independent director to succeed Dube.
