Sprocomm Intelligence's (HKG:1401) controlling shareholder, Beyond Innovation, sold 165 million shares in the company on Sept. 13, a same-day bourse filing said.

Following the sale, Beyond Innovation's stake in the company fell to 140,032,256, or 14%, shares from 305,032,256 shares previously.

Beyond Innovation is 100% owned by Xiong Bin, an executive director of the mobile phone manufacturer.
