Impact BioMedical (IBO) closed its initial public offering of 1.5 million common shares at $3 apiece.
Underwriters have a 45-day option to acquire up to 225,000 additional shares, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
Impact BioMedical shares fell 13% in recent Tuesday trading.
