Sintx Technologies (SINT) said Thursday that it has completed a $3.1 million offering of nearly 596,000 shares priced at-the-market of $5.23 apiece.

After first paying underwriter discounts and other offering expenses, the ceramics company received $3.1 million in net proceeds, which will be used for general corporate purposes, including capital projects and working capital as well as funding potential acquisitions and other business opportunities.

Sintx shares recently were climbing more than 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
