Anhui Conch Cement (HKG:0914) on Wednesday issued third and fourth tranches of medium-term bonds of 3.5 billion yuan each, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
Both tranches of bonds have a duration of five years, maturing on Sept. 18, 2029, and an issue price of 100 yuan per par value of 100 yuan.
The third tranche has an interest rate of 2.12% while the fourth tranche has a 2.10% interest rate, the filing said.
The cement and commodity clinker producer's shares closed 2% lower on Thursday.
