Boyaa Interactive International to Invest Nearly $6 Million Worth of Bitcoin Units in MTT ESports

Boyaa Interactive International (HKG:0434) agreed to invest 100 units of Bitcoin worth $5.8 million in British Virgin Islands-incorporated IT company MTT ESports, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

Upon completion, Boyaa Interactive will hold a 25% interest in MTT ESports, which owns the MTT Sports Platform and MTT Network.

Boyaa Interactive said the deal will improve its business development and layout in the Web3 industry as it looks to become a pure Web3 listed company.
