PolyNovo's (ASX:PNV) director, Bruce Rathie, sold 200,000 shares of his shares in the medical device firm to Katrat Investments for a total of AU$500,000 and 550,000 shares to Rathi Super Fund for AU$1.4 million last Sept. 13, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Rathie is also a director of Katrat Investments and is a beneficiary of the Rathi Super Fund, the filing said.
Following the sale, he now owns 2.5 million Polynovo shares, the filing added.
The company's shares gained nearly 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
