Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) (HKG:2196, SHA:600196) repurchased 1,182,900 shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for 26.2 million yuan, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The lowest price per share for the buyback was 21.94 yuan, while the highest price per share was 22.27 yuan, the filing said.
The repurchased shares are held as treasury shares.
