The Singapore Exchange has granted Wilton Resources (SGX:5F7) an extension of time to publish its financial statements for the first half of 2024, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.
The company cited its ongoing collaboration with an external auditor to finalize the going concern assessment as the primary reason for the extension.
The assessment requires supporting documents to evaluate the group's ability to continue operating as a going concern.
Additionally, the company expects material variances between the unaudited and audited financial statements for fiscal 2023.
The company will now release its H1 results on or before Sept. 30.
