Pacific Basin Shipping (HKG:2343) repurchased to cancel a further 2,104,000 on Friday on the market for HK$4.4 million, a filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said on the same day.
The repurchase was done at the minimum per-share price of HK$2.04 and the highest price per share of HK$2.08. The company has so far repurchased 89,384,000 shares out of the 526,382,305 shares it was authorized to repurchase.
The maritime transport company's shares rose nearly 2% on Friday's close.
