ECS Botanics Holdings (ASX:ECS) appointed Nicholas Thomas as chief operating officer, effective Sept. 23, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Thomas has more than 25 years of operational leadership experience in the Australian agricultural and horticultural sectors, the filing stated.
The medicinal cannabis manufacturer's shares were up more than 6% in recent Friday trade.
