Intraco (SGX:I06) has issued its 10th series of commercial paper in digital securities denominated in Singapore dollars and its sixth series in US dollars under its SDAX CP Facility Program, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The SGD CP Series 010 Tokens, with a tenor of 33 days and an interest rate of 4% per annum, raised SG$8.1 million from accredited investors.

Notably, SG$3.7 million, or nearly 46%, was subscribed by associates of controlling shareholders and the company's executive chairman.

Meanwhile, the USD CP Series 006 Tokens, also with a tenor of 33 days but at an interest rate of 6% per annum, secured $1.2 million. Nearly 83% of these tokens, or $1 million, were subscribed by associates of the controlling shareholders.
