Differ Group Auto (HKG:6878) said Ng Chi Chung resigned as the chief executive officer and the chairman of the board due to personal reasons, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Concurrently, Ng was appointed as the company's chief operating officer, the filing added. Both changes are effective Sept. 16.
The company's stocks were up by almost 2% in the early trading.
