ShenZhen RoadRover Technology (SHE:002813) terminated the issue of shares related to the purchase of a 99.532% stake in Hunan Zoomlion Intelligent Aerial Work Machinery.

The automobile parts manufacturer also terminated its plan to raise funds via a share issue to support the above transaction, according to a Sept. 14 filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Hunan Zoomlion Intelligent Aerial Work Machinery is a subsidiary of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology (SHE:000157, HKG:1157).
