Hotel Properties (SGX:H15) plans to redeem all securities of the series 002 bonds on Oct. 22 at 100% of the principal amount, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The bonds include SG$135.0 million worth of 4.40% subordinated perpetual securities and SG$25.0 million worth of 4.40% subordinated perpetual securities.
Hotel Properties shares were up 2% in recent trade.
