LifeBrandz (SGX:1D3) requested an extension from the Singapore Exchange to publish its financial results for the fiscal year ending 2024, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Saturday.
The company plans to release the results on Sept. 29. Additionally, LifeBrandz has sought to postpone its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to Nov. 30.
The delay in publishing the results is attributed to the acquisition of Auspac Financial Advisory on Dec. 29, 2023. The company is currently working on completing the purchase price allocations to determine any potential goodwill or gain from the acquisition, the company said.
The company was also unable to find a suitable financial controller which delayed the audit exercise, it said.
A similar application will also be made to the accounting and corporate regulatory authority, the filing added.
