Metech International (SGX:V3M) said Yow Su Chin Lucy, appointed as independent non-executive director, has not yet completed the requisite training for first-time directors as mandated by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading's Catalist rules, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company noted that scheduling conflicts between available training sessions and Lucy's work commitments have delayed her completion of the training.
