Heartland Group Holdings (ASX:HGH, NZE:HGH) appointed current Chief Financial Officer Andrew Dixson as chief executive, effective Oct. 1, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The financial services company said the group CFO role will not be replaced.
Dixson succeeds Jeff Greenslade, who announced his intention to retire last April.
Meanwhile, deputy group CEO Chris Flood will end his term with the company on Oct. 31 as his role will be eliminated.
