Vividthree Holdings (SGX:OMK) received a notice for the listing and quotation of up to 37,037,037 placement shares on the Catalist board of the SGX, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
In an earlier filing, the motion pictures company had received a subscription offer from Zhang Jingwei for the placement of 37,037,037 shares for a consideration of SG$1.0 million.
