WuXi AppTec's (HKG:2359) trustee completed the repurchase of the company's H shares for HK$1 billion on Tuesday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The number of H shares repurchased is 27,478,428 and will be used for the company's H share award scheme and Trust Scheme.
The R&D and manufacturing company's shares were up nearly 2% on Tuesday's close.
