Livestock and livestock vessels business Wellard (ASX:WLD) has agreed to acquire the M/V Ocean Drover vessel from Ruchira Ships liquidator KPMG Singapore for $5 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Wellard will begin a strategic review as it becomes a single-ship business after it sold its M/V Ocean Ute vessel on Sept. 3, the filing stated.
