Kindstar Globalgene Technology (HKG:9960) and its unit agreed to acquire two companies for a total of $31.3 million on Sept. 20, a same-day bourse filing said.

Kindstar Globalgene Technology will buy AnchorDx from AnchorDx Group HK. Unit Kindstar Global Medical Technology (Wuhan) will also purchase Guangzhou Kangcheng Weiye Biotechnology from AnchorDx Group HK and six other sellers.

The company will fulfill the consideration for the acquisitions with cash payments and the allotment and issue of consideration shares.

Shares of the clinical testing company closed over 2% higher on Monday.
