Vividthree (SGX:OMK) completed the placement of 37,037,037 shares to Hildrics Capital, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The motion pictures company agreed to issue the shares to fund manager Hildrics Capital for SG$1.0 million.

Following the placement, the company's total number of issued shares increased to 464,104,356.

The placement shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist on or around Sept. 27, the filing added.
