Printing services provider SPS International (BOM:530177) has received shareholders' approval to change the company's name to VK Global Industries, according to a filing to the BSE on Tuesday.

The proposal is still subject to in-principal approval from the BSE and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India, the filing said.
