Colour Life Services Group's (HKG:1778) first-half profit declined to 24.4 million yuan from 30.7 million yuan a year earlier, a Wednesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse said.

Earnings per share stood at 0.0164 yuan for the interim period, down from 0.0207 yuan in the first half of 2023.

Revenue for the property manager from services rose by 29% to 974.5 million yuan in the first half from 758.3 million yuan a year prior.

Shares of the company closed 6% higher on Thursday.
