SES AI (SES) said Friday it has received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange for non-compliance with a listing rule because the average closing price of its class A shares was less than $1 per share over a period of 30 consecutive trading days.
The company said it will reply to the stock exchange over its plan to cure the deficiency.
