The hearing of a winding-up petition against Guangzhou R&F Properties' (HKG:2777) unit Trillion Glory has been adjourned by the Hong Kong High Court to March 5, 2025, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The petition was filed against Trillion Glory and another unit, R&F (HK), over alleged unpaid debt, according to the property developer.
Shares of the company closed over 2% lower on Wednesday.
