Aclarion (ACON) said Tuesday it plans to sell up to $10 million of its common shares from time to time through an at-the-market offering.
Ascendiant Capital Markets will be the sales agent, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Aclarion shares were up 1.6% in after-hours activity.
