Air Lease (AL) late Tuesday said it has taken delivery of a new Airbus A220-300 passenger jet that will be leased by TAAG Angola Airlines.

The new aircraft is the first of six Airbus jets Air Lease is slated to acquire for Angola's national airline company under a long-term agreement first announced by the companies in December 2022.

Financial terms and other details of the lease agreement have not been disclosed.
