ValueMax (SGX:T6I) closed its Series 005 issuance of six-month digital securities commercial paper, raising gross proceeds of SG$15.1 million, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The digital securities will be listed on the ADDX digital platform. Notably, Tan Soon Liang, an independent non-executive director of the company, subscribed for SG$500,000, representing 3.3% of the total issuance.
