Emperador (SGX:EMI), a brandy and spirits producer, has approved to extend its employee stock option plan (ESOP) for an additional three years, from Dec. 15, 2024, to Dec. 14, 2027, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The extension will be subject to ratification by stockholders during a special meeting scheduled for Nov. 14. Emperador currently has 15.74 billion common shares outstanding, along with 505.9 million treasury shares.
