UOL Group (SGX:U14) is in preliminary discussions for the potential acquisition of a 50% stake in an office and retail building in Sydney, Australia, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.
The property developer said no definitive or formal legal documentation has been agreed upon between the parties yet.
