Styland's (HKG:0211) subsidiary Profit Noble Investments agreed to lease suites 301 to 303 on the third floor of 12 Taikoo Wan Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong from Goodwill Lion for a term starting from Oct. 1, 2024, to Sept. 30, 2028, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The monthly rent for the place is set at HK$191,280 for the first 18 months of the tenancy, and for 19th to 42nd month, the rent will be HK$200,844 per month.
The premises will be used as the principal place of business of the group in Hong Kong, the filing said.
The finance and property investment company's shares were up over 5% on Friday's close.
