Adventus Holdings (SGX:5EF) has entered into a 25-year hotel management agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for its hotel in Danang, Vietnam.

The deal involves IHG providing management and technical services starting with the hotel's opening on Dec. 31, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

This agreement marks a shift from self-management by Adventus's subsidiary, Bay Hospitality, which has managed the hotel since its August 2023 launch.
