China Everbright Environment Group (HKG:0257) issued the third series of 2.23% 2024 medium-term bonds worth 1.50 billion yuan on Thursday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The bonds will mature in five years and their repayment date is Sept. 29, 2029.
The company plans to use the proceeds for repayment of the group's bank loans and to replenish its general working capital.
Everbright Securities served as the lead underwriter, while CCB, CMB, Industrial Bank, Ping An Bank, and Jiangsu Bank were joint lead underwriters for the offering.
The company's shares closed nearly 2% higher on Thursday.
