Changchun UP Optotech (SHE:002338) will invest in the construction of a factory manufacturing high-precision grating rulers and encoders for computer numerical control equipment, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Parent company Yuheng Optics will set up a unit in the Zhejiang Wenling Economic Development Zone that will take care of sales and aftersales, product testing and promotion, and technology research, the filing said.
