Kindstar Globalgene Technology (HKG:9960) appointed Jian-Bing Fan as its chief scientific officer, effective Sept. 27, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Fan is the founder of Guangzhou AnchorDx Medical, the filing said.
The company's stocks were nearly 4% up at the close of trading.
