Debao Property Development (SGX:BTF) said the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore issued a notice of intention to strike off its subsidiary, Derong Real Estate Holdings, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
In response, Debao objected to the strike-off on Dec. 6, 2023, which ACRA acknowledged the same day.
